How do I create an account?

Forgotten password?

Click on "Forgot password" then enter your email address so that we can send you a recovery email.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Can I return my order?

From the date you receive your package, you have 14 days to submit a return request. Items must be in new, original condition, with their tags, accessories, and packaging, and must show no signs of wear or dirt. Any damaged item or item showing traces of dirt will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the return conditions?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to submit a return request. To do this, please visit our return form page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and it is necessary to provide us with a tracking number.

Any package lost by transport services will not be eligible for an exchange and/or refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance). No action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.

Where should I send my package back?

Once your return request has been accepted, you will just need to follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

Once your package is received, we have 14 days to process the refund to the card used for the order.

Are my shipping fees refunded?

When you request a refund, shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the order processing times?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours following your order confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
